RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The illustrated photos of our jewellery may have a slight variance in colour due to lighting conditions. If for any reason you have a change in mind, we are happy for you to exchange or return your product within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Capella & Co. have the right to not accept returns should the item/s show evidence of it being worn or damaged.
Earrings:
Unfortunately, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygienic reasons. We thank you for your understanding.
Returns/Exchange Process:
Please ensure the purchased items are returned in their original packaging together with proof of purchase. Capella & Co. will not accept liability for loss or damage of items during postage transit arranged by you. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your exchange/refund request once it is received.
Repairs & Warranty:
Our European collection of jewellery is made to the highest quality and craftmanship however should you encounter a defect (which can happen on rare occasions), please forward us details of purchase with photos to info@capellaco.com.au so we can repair or provide a refund upon assessment of the item.
